Dan Lindsey is the Founder and CEO of BCS Group, the organization behind Broker Carrier Summit and the BCS Freight Network. Driven by a vision to bring the industry closer together, Dan created BCS to serve as more than just an event brand—it’s a growing ecosystem built around community, education, and collaboration. Through initiatives like BCS Media, the Cross Border Connector, BCS Freight Network, Women in Logistics, and others, Dan and the team are building a hub where freight professionals can network, share insights, and help shape the future of logistics. Dan is passionate about elevating the voices of industry leaders, supporting innovation, and creating meaningful opportunities for professionals across the freight landscape—from brokers and carriers to shippers and technology providers. His goal is simple: build the most connected and influential community in freight.

Charles Gracey

Chief Operating Officer

Charles Gracey is an executive leader and industry builder serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Broker-Carrier Summit, where he plays a central role in shaping one of trucking’s fastest-growing and most impactful networking platforms. At Broker-Carrier Summit, Charles helps create high-ROI environments where carriers, brokers, and service providers move beyond surface-level conversations and into real business. His focus is simple: bring the right people together, elevate meaningful dialogue, and turn relationships into results. Under his leadership, BCS continues to grow as a destination for decision-makers looking to build durable, market-proof partnerships in an increasingly volatile industry. In addition to his leadership at BCS, Charles is the host of Trucking Sense on SiriusXM Road Dog Trucking (Channel 146) and Brake Check Live on FreightWaves, where he brings the voice of the industry into daily conversations around regulation, operations, fraud prevention, and accountability. These platforms give him a unique vantage point across every layer of trucking... from the cab to the C-suite, which he brings directly into the BCS community. A former truck driver turned executive, Charles founded and scaled Hot Seat Services before leading its successful transition into Cub Ventures. His background gives him a rare ability to connect operational realities with strategic growth, ensuring that conversations at BCS are grounded in what actually works, not just what sounds good. Known for his direct style and commitment to higher standards, Charles is focused on pushing the industry forward by building stronger relationships, increasing transparency, and creating spaces where real progress happens.
