The DELTA Program: How to Prevent Infiltration of Unverified Carriers

At the last Broker-Carrier Summit in April, Dale Prax discussed taking proactive measures to weed out problematic freight brokers and carriers before allowing them into transportation platforms. He explained that his company has implemented a "Delta" (Don’t Even Let Them Aboard) program that prevents certain risky parties from accessing their system based on factors like threats or signs of double brokering.
