Women ARE Working in Logistics - Meet Them Through BCS

The logistics industry is experiencing a powerful shift, with women stepping up and making their presence felt in ways never seen before. Kristy Knichel is at the forefront of this change, empowering women and championing their success. At a recent event, she was overjoyed to witness that 20-30% of attendees were women, a powerful sign of progress. Beyond her work in logistics, Kristy is dedicated to giving back, offering a scholarship to young women in her community to help them pursue their dreams.
