Why Kameel Gaines Says BCS Is Bigger Than an Event

When Kameel Gaines, CEO of Rig On Wheels Broker & Recruitment Services, talks about the Broker-Carrier Summit, she makes it clear that this is bigger than an event. For her, it represents community, collaboration, education, opportunity, and legacy. It is about planting seeds now so the next generation inherits a trucking industry built on trust and stronger partnerships. That is the foundation we are building at BCS, and we are proud to have leaders like Kameel shaping the future of freight with us. #BrokerCarrierSummit #BCSOrlando2025 #TruckingCommunity
